Halloween Trees?
When I first arrive in Kunshan in 2006, the city is not really a place you want to brag about. There were already some nice areas in the city center (say, the Kunshan City Garden) but mostly, every other places where merely places that you won’t have any interest to exploring or even passing by unless of course you’re an archeologist.
Just like this one…
2 years passed and the city seems to have awakened from deep slumber. (Nice one, poetic I is.) Specially during the time of Olympics (not that I’m saying it has something to do with these), mostly everything started to flourish.
New bridges had been constructed…
Roads widened…
Even the Huning Expressway connecting Kushan to Shanghai and the rest of Jiangsu Province were re-constructed and now glows in the dark…
Emo street lamps started popping up everywhere…
Even the old trees are being replaced with new ones…
One day, while strolling on the parks along the road sides, I noticed these emo-looking ground lamps being installed…
Then suddenly, on my way home one night. I noticed the trees along the roads were glowing with some estrange lights…
WHOAH!!!
Honestly, I loved the improvements but hello. Halloween!?

bagay yang mga glowing lights dito kaya lang pgdating ng holloween hubad na ibang puno, mas pinaghahandaan nila ang araw na yon kesa pasko at kahit mga bata mas interesado sa ‘treat or trick’.

kapag matyaga ang mga bata mglakad mapupuno nila kahit 2 plastic bag ng chocolates & candies.
iba ang saya makikita mo sa mga mukha nila kesa kapag ngbbukas ng gift during xmas time, most often either ayaw nila nong gift or meron na sila nong item or not interested at all.
