Travel Agent

I am planning to go into bonsai making. Perhaps when summer ends, I’ll start planting my first tree. There are at least three trees I want to bonsai for starter – sampalok (tamarind), kamatsile and madre cacao. There are so many madre cacaos growing everywhere here in Tagaytay and there are so many branch I want to air-layer. I learned marcotting when I was in elementary and I always thought that the process can only be done by completely covering the “wounded” branch (covered with soil) with a plastic sheet until I found this on flickr:
