Daddy sings a love song

September 1, 2008 under Fatherly Yours

Truth is, my wife and daughter won’t be here with me until October 17, 2008. That’s exactly 47 days more but as each days pass and the Big Day comes closer, the more I get excited and anxious at the same time. Excited because, after so many years of being miles apart, we will finally be together to start with our happily ever after. Anxious because I’m not sure how long will it take before Tifa would recognize my presence as her father. After all, we’ve only been together during her Christening, her first birthday and their one-month stay here in China last year. Other than that, we only got to see each other on webcams in awfully low resolutions.

But this time we have a lot more time to have our father and daughter bonding activities. We could run after each other in the vastness of the city parks until we both reach the limit of our stamina. Goodluck for me then ;-)

Here’s my theme song for our lovely angel.

ulirang ama talaga ko no, no questions asked. hahaha ;-)

naranasan ko narin maging tito sa mga pamangkin ko. warning lang dahil kapag may sariling anak ka na, sigurado dun na karamihan ng atensyon (if not all) sa sarili mong anak which in turn, biglang bagsak ang popularity ng mga pamangkin at sasabihin nila “May dimples din naman ako ah.”

    hahaha

pero talaga ang buhay, the pamangkins should understand that they’re only as good while their aunts and uncles are singles. hahaha. after nun, magdusa sila. kanya-kanya na no, hehehe. kaya swerte talaga ang mga first-borns sa pamilya.

Prepare to give her kisses everyday,
Hug her till the sun goes down,
Spoil her with lots of love.
For she will enrich your life, make you feel al fuzzy inside, melt your cares away by just being there.

Just passing to add you in the new site: http://chocolateword.net
    Lovely song.
