How to win at UFO Catchers
I was away from the computer for a long time (like four or five days, long like I was almost deprived of breathing air kind of long). I have so many things to blab about but never had a chance to. So I do apologize to those 400 to 500 lost souls who stumble upon my blog everyday for the lack of updates in the past.
Anyways, someone asked whether someone had already won from a U.F.O. Cather. I say Yes! I already din so many times. (Woot-woot!)
I caught these two Snoopy dolls from a UFO Catcher in an amusement center at SM Mall of Asia sometime in 2008. I caught them in just one fetching. Lucky me! They now belong to my daughter Tifa.
This Dragonball Android 16 action figure I got from a UFO catcher somewhere in Tachikawa, Japan in 2004. One of my best friends from T-company hoarded it when I came back to Manila. I don’t know owns it or where it is now.
It’s not really hard to catch one from a U.F.O. cather. The trick is not to be too eager to cathch one from any random U.F.O. catcher that you can because not every U.F.O. catcher has a ‘catchable’ toy to offer. You must be careful to look for a possible catch before emptying your pockets just to be disappointed in the end because you caught nothing. Look for a toy sticking out but not being stranggled by the other toys. Take note that the UFO catcher’s hands don’t have a firm grip so only light toys or those with provisions for hanging (key chains, hanging car decors and the likes) are most likely to be caught. Huge stuff toys are just no-no’s and must be completely ignored unless they have hooks or loops that the UFO catcher’s hands can hook on.
Before lowering the U.F.O. catcher’s hand, make sure that you have check whether they’re really located on top of the toy you’re aiming at, check also the left and right sides because the glass enclosure is designed to confuse you so check not only the front side. Be careful, too, not to check too much because if the hands could not detect any movement it will start lowering itself and your money is gone with the wind.
Goodluck U.F.O. catching!
Disclaimer: These UFO Catcher tips are not guaranteed to work 100%. It would be safe to say that for all the coins (and tokens) I had wasted in the past trying to catch a UFO(?) were more than enough to buy three times of those that I had successfully caught from the UFO catcher. That is to say, these tips are only meant to disprove that the probability of winning from a U.F.O. catcher is zero. The probability is not zero, and following the above-mentioned tips may take to farther from zero. Perhaps 0.001 HAHAHA!
