Mark Twain once (or too many times) said, “Age is an issue of mind over matter. If you don’t mind, it doesn’t matter. Wrinkles should merely indicate where smiles have been.“

I just got 31 which means my age only have to appear for 9 more months in the Gregorian Calendar. But what’s a calendar when there still so much other things in the world where I could still see my age printed on. At least my age is still in the lotto and even if I had to stay alive for 75 years, there’s still the BINGO. Hooray!!!

This would have been a very late 31st the 31st birthday update but I still must post because some made theirs and Ape Rockstar demanded I do too. Although, unfortunately, there really aren’t too much to update because there weren’t too much celebrations that day except for a simple “coconut cake” that I prepared and the inevitable pansit that my wife cooked for me.

Since I got married, I rarely really prepare too much on my birthdays because our wedding date and the succeeding wedding anniversaries fall on the same month as my birthday. That said, what we really look forward to July of every year is our wedding anniversary.

Here are just a few photos I have managed to take using my camphone. There’s still a lot of photos and a lot of stories that goes with them that I still can’t post on my food blog because I still can’t access Google and I seriously think my notebook, Doraemon, needed a major HD formatting. Now I can’t even read my emails. HAHAHA!

Before I forget, THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO GREETED ME THROUGH SMS, EMAILS, AND IN FACEBOOK. My Facebook Profile page was overflowing with greetings. I never had this much people greeting me on my birthday, I thought I just turned 1. HAHAHA
