Taco Penne
My wife and every household member were out last saturday to watch movies. I was left alone in the house (I don’t want to see that “raining bats and wolves” movie) with nothing to eat and I’m not in the mood for cooking. Thankfully, there were leftover penne macaroni and taco fillings in the refrigerator and, thanks to my wild imagination, I was able to concoct a very sumptuous meal even the gods of the underworld would envy.
I just mixed the taco fillings with the penne macaroni, topped it with broken taco shells, shredded cabbage, grated cheese and voila! Taco Penne.

may cheese din sa ibabaw ng repolyo. naubusan kase ng lettuce kaya repolyo nalang. hehehe
