Inflatable swimming pool

We bought this inflatable swimming pool summer of last year. Now that our water supply is back to normal, we decided to set the pool up again. Yes, we can’t get enough of beaches and pools so we still had to setup one at home.

The following day, Tifa got sick – fever, cough and cold – and we had to take her to her doctor. Upon seeing our daughter, the pediatrician asked whether we’ve been to the beach during the holy week. Yes, we did went to the beach but that was weeks ago.

According to the pedia, most of his recent patients who came to him because of cough and cold got sick from prolonged swimming in similar inflatable swimming pools.

I said I couldn’t agree. Our inflatable swimming pool is definitely bigger – 8 feet in diameter. ;-)

Tifa’s first star!

Tifa's first star

Tifa got this star yesterday after perfecting her entrance exams at the Pater Noster Montessori School in Tagaytay. She just turned 3 last January 20 and from the look of it, she already have the IQ of a College Professor. Hahaha, joke time! She was just asked to name shapes, colors, objects and traced and colored some images.

Coloring tests

I thought I could resist but the potential stage dad in me forced me to capture a few minutes of her entrance exams on video. Unfortunately (or fortunately), the video file size is more than 800Mb so there’s no way I could upload it on vimeo or youtube without doing any video editing so I can’t share it here (yet).

Pater Noster Montessori Nursery students
That’s Tifa accompanied by Teacher Eden, the head teacher, in the classroom of this year’s nursery students.

The school only accept 15 students for each level so we already reserved a slot for her. Now Tifa only have a few more months before she could finally explore the “outside world” only by herself and only a few months for us to become full-blown stage parents. HAHAHA!
