Vic & Joey, fellow yellows?

I washed clothes all day so I wasn’t able to see this on TV. But are they (Joey de Leon and Vic Sotto) fellow yellows? Does that “ALAM N’YO NA!” print on Joey shirt means “Alam n’yo na kung sinong kandidato ko?”
